UNICLINICS INTERNATIONAL LTD (hereinafter UCIO UNICLINICS®) is an information platform containing information about providers of medical and health services (hereinafter Medical Providers). Its purpose is to provide the Users of the portal with information about Medical Providers, their services and estimated cost.
UCIO UNICLINICS® is responsible for the processing of information provided by the User either through its Platform, or through the communication of the User through the consultant UCIO UNICLINICS® with hospitals, clinics and third parties. UCIO UNICLINICS® in the course of its activities may use third-party partners and suppliers to perform its services and may share information provided by the User with third parties. UCIO UNICLINICS® is liable for data collected and transmitted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, unless it is established that UCIO UNICLINICS® is not responsible for the violation.

Personal data and specific personal data:

The collection, processing and use of personal data (any information about the personal or material circumstances of the User, for example, name, address, date of birth) is carried out in accordance with the Law on Information Protection, the requirements of the Information Protection Directive, the Law on Telecommunications and other applicable legal provisions.

The user can use the Platform without collecting personal data. However, in order to assess the possibility of using the Platform and avoid or solve technical problems, the User's IP address will be automatically recorded and stored in a log file on the server each time you visit the UCIO UNICLINICS® website and each time you access the file. Under certain circumstances, an IP address can be assigned to a specific user. However, UCIO UNICLINICS® does not pursue this goal and does not use such data for its advertising purposes and does not store this data for use by third parties.
The collection and transmission of certain personal data and specific personal data (including information about medical status, health, sex, habits, racial or ethnic origin, or religious beliefs) is required to enter into and execute a contract, create a personal profile of a client, or establish contact with UCIO UNICLINICS® with a health care provider. 1) UCIO UNICLINICS® is an information platform containing information about Medical Providers. Its purpose is to provide the Users of the portal with information about Medical Providers, their services and estimated cost.

2) In the event that UCIO UNICLINICS® concludes a service agreement with the User, the User authorizes UCIO UNICLINICS® to transfer the relevant data to Medical Providers and third-party service providers (for example, travel agencies, customer service agencies, payment systems or translators), such both the type and date of treatment, as well as the amount and date of any invoice issued by the Medical Provider to the User.

3) In the event that a third-party service provider enters into an Agreement on certain services with the User, the User authorizes the third-party service provider to inform UCIO UNICLINICS® of the amount and date of any invoice issued by the service provider to the User.

4) In the event that the User is the insured of the insurance company - partner of UCIO UNICLINICS® (hereinafter referred to as the "Insurance Company"), the User authorizes the Medical Service Provider, the third party and the insurance company to inform UCIO UNICLINICS® about the treatment of the User, the amount and date of any account Provided by the service provider to the User or the Insurance Company.

5) Forums are established on the Platform or on partner websites, which allows to exchange experience and opinions between Users.

6) The user has the opportunity to receive newsletters on a regular basis.
UCIO UNICLINICS® uses various third-party vendors to assist in the organization of services related to online platform activities. These third party service providers may be located inside or outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Third-party service providers help UCIO UNICLINICS® verify or identify users, verify information in open databases, assist in fraud prevention and risk assessment, or provide advertising or payment services to Users. These providers have limited access to User information and may use this information only in accordance with this UCIO UNICLINICS® Privacy Policy.

The user has the right at any time to prohibit the collection, processing and use of personal data and specific personal data if their use is harmful to him. UCIO UNICLINICS® can do this for fraud prevention, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, research, product development, research. UCIO UNICLINICS® uses automated methods to view, scan or analyze user messages, however sometimes UCIO UNICLINICS® may need to manually review some messages to investigate fraud and support users or to evaluate and improve the functionality of these automated tools.

The user has the right at any time to prohibit such collection, processing and use of personal data and specific personal data using the process described above.
